Juan Antonio Yanez Jr., 42, of Idaho Falls, passed away December 4, 2018, at his home.
Juan was born December 31, 1975, in Blackfoot, Idaho, to Juan Antonio and Debbie Lyn Shores Yanez. He grew up and attended schools in Idaho Falls and graduated from Bonneville High School. He also attended a denture technician program, earning his certification. He also worked as a bounty hunter.
On September 16, 2008, he married Jamie Lee Adamson in Las Vegas, Nevada. Juan and Jamie made their home in Idaho Falls, Idaho, where Juan worked as a professional dog breeder and won several 1st place awards.
He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He enjoyed bow hunting, elk and bird hunting. Juan was an assistant coach of the BMX Beamers and an assistant coach of the Thunder Ridge grid-kid football team. He was a renowned archer and participated in the NAVHDA (North American Versatile Hunting Dog Association).
Juan is survived by his loving wife, Jamie Adamson-Yanez of Idaho Falls, ID; daughter, Rhianna Tobin (24) of Idaho Falls, ID; daughter, Mia Adamson (17) of Idaho Falls, ID; daughter, Haven Adamson (13) of Idaho Falls, ID; son, Michael Adamson (10) of Idaho Falls, ID; daughter, Nevaeh Yanez (8) of Idaho Falls, ID; sister, Lucia Marie Yanez of Pocatello, ID; sister, Angela Yanez of Pocatello, ID; sister, Britnee Gould of Rexburg, ID; brother, Braydon Herndon of Idaho Falls, ID; father, Juan Antonio Yanez, Sr.; step-father, Efren DeAvila; and one granddaughter, Mia Stillman (6).
He was preceded in death by his mother, Debbie Lyn DeAvila.
